Just rented my unit and it has been a great experience so far! The place is new and clean, customer service was excellent, and they said they will not raise my rate for at least a year, and any increases would be small and reasonable. The reason I am leaving my old unit is because they kept raising the rate every 3-6 months with no end in sight, so this is exactly what I was looking for.

I dealt with Debi, who is a senior rep in the company. Debi is a true force of nature in her position at this facility. Since the facility is very new, there was fine construction dust in my unit, so she provided me a mop and bucket to take care of this. And just great all around. Cloning Debi into multiple copies would be a great move.
