Climate controlled unit is not longer climate controlled. Since Aug 2022 everytime its hit 100 degrees outside it is LITERALLY 100 degrees inside in my unit. Just found out that AC is broken and it can take up to 3 months to fix. No it doesnt. If they werent cheap they could bring out someone tomorrow to fix it. This is 100% not what I signed up for. Oh and they want to raise my rent up by $20 for a non functioning unit.

Horrible experience. I went to rent a storage and was immediately treated like I wasn't welcomed by one of the 2 woman , who I was told was a "co-manager". Before I even talked the black lady with short, curly hair gave me a mean look and was very unfriendly. (Wouldn't give me a name),,, I asked both women why, and I told them how unwelcomed I felt, but just got a mean look. The black lady wouldn't help me, so all I can assume is because I was white. There was no way I could rent there and have to deal with her.

The space itself seems adequate and quick to rent but it has been extremely difficult to get the storage team to honor their 50% discount for the first 2 months that they advertised (Made sure to confirm the space qualified for the discount also). I tried contacting them multiple times in the last month or so but every bill I've been getting so far is for the full amount. Be very wary and make sure to get them to apply it before renting the space.

Building is like an oven. It was cooler outside than it was inside (and temp outside was 104F that day). Air conditioning has been broken for months but they're still charging me for a temperature controlled space. Very disappointing - will be moving to another place soon.

The facility is very clean, and even though it’s not climate-controlled, the indoor temperature doesn’t get very high. You don’t need to worry about storing a latex mattress or wooden furniture there.
