This place is AWFUL!!! Avoid at all costs! I was moving from Dallas to Raleigh over the course of 3 days and was recommended this storage facility. After the manager cut her hours on Sat 7/27 down from leaving at 5:00p to leaving at noon as per the U-Haul app, I called to confirm she would be there that morning at 9:00 am. Her attitude was short, un-professional, and down right disrespectful and rude.
To begin with the customer called first thing demanding to know why I was closing(which was none of his concern) but I informed him i had a important matter to take care of. Then he asked me if i would stay 30 mins after to wait on him … More

I have been storing our RV at Storage Summit Apex for about a year. The location is convenient. The facility is very secure and monthly prices are reasonable. I have used multiple RV storage places within 10 miles of Storage Summit and this place is cleaner and more secure. The owners are friendly and there has been no spontaneous rate hikes or pricing games. Great storage for a fair price. Highly recommend!

Called this place for pricing. They didn't have the space I needed (10x10), but found me 2 spaces that worked for me. Access is 24 hours. I called a couple of times and they got right back to me. I have since moved out, I had a short term storage need. I would use them again!!

Staff are great to deal with , I am in a much better facility. I was using another storage facility that raised prices almost double every year I was there. I have my belongings in a temperature controlled unit that is much nicer , closer to me and cleaner than anything PS had.

Been renting for a year for stuff as I go thru my parents belongings to pare them down to a reasonable amount for their tiny home - love having access at all times as my schedule is very busy taking care of them, kids and working full time.
