Has to be the Worst Storage place in History!! Gap under the fence that anyone can get under, multiple break ins from Tires Stolen off vehicle, skid steer stolen, enclosed storage unit broken into, vehicle stolen. Not to mention every 6 months they raise the rent fees. Stay away from this place if you can.

Storage Mart use strong-arm tactics with numerous phone calls and texts per day after your initial inquiry and "this is the last one", "you must not delay". I did decide to go with them - and had to enter my credit card details before I could view the lease. The lease was draconian and skewed in favour of Storage Mart and a requirement for insurance that had not been discussed before.

Double the price this year. Insane. And when I reached out through the local representative they neglected to get in touch with me. Apparently they only care after a negative review gets posted.

Do you like your items being stolen? How about mice nesting throughout your unit? Want your “affordable” rate to go from $30 a week to over $50 within a year? Well this is the storage unit for you! When break ins occur, you don’t find out from management, no, just from community pages on Facebook. Zero pest control, no solutions. Just an above market rate for terrible conditions for your items. Zero stars would be more appropriate

Super easy to use, didnt have to go into the office even one time during move in, use and check out. A little tricky on website to end service as it kept having a loading error (though it finally worked) but lots of other options to contact. They are so on top of things too monitoring the units and kept clean, quick service, got booked in and access from one day to the next all online. Easy to access units and great promo offerings, I'd definitely use this location again.
