Horrible!! I hired them as they offered “packing services” and I had a tight turn around for my move due to a previously booked vacation. I booked a month in advance and sent a video of everything in my apartment with all cupboards and closets open to see contents. I packed up a lot before I left for vacation as well as getting rid of some furniture. I confirmed the move the night before and got “sure” for a confirmation.

There is nothing deceptive about clearly stated pricing structures. Our hourly rate applies within a standard minimum booking time, which is clearly communicated when customers contact us directly. This is standard practice across the moving industry.
