Update: I’ve submitted a complaint through the Ministry of Service Alberta and Red Tape Reduction as a consumer complaint due to the email responses. As well as quote ‘excuses’ on my part as stated by the business. The responses were unprofessional and have caused great exhaustion on my part as they have not followed procedure for storage eviction and refuse to provide me a letter that is signed and dated regarding such. I Had a hard year this year wouldn’t wish any of the things I encounter on anyone.
I would not recommend using this company for your next move. Their estimate was low. Final bill was high. The customer service was below expectation and the end result were some damaged items that they refused to consider any compensation for. Addition... I have added photo's of the bed. The response from ownership refuses to accept any responsibility or show any level of respect for their customers. I have since downgraded my rating to a 1.

They responded in a rude and dismissive way to someone making a basic inquiry. No flexibility or professionalism. This was really surprising considering all the 5-star reviews. Maybe someone was having a bad day.

Moving can be one of the most stressful parts of life. Let me tell you, the thought of packing up your personal belongings and moving them from one place to another is not only stressful, but it is often just one of many stressors that come with the move itself. I will say this: when doing my research and choosing a mover, the name VIPER kept popping up. Recommended by many, trusted by all, with open lines of communication and, above all, exceptional service provided throughout the entire process.
We had a great experience yesterday with Viper Transport. The men who moved our things were fast and strong and careful with all our furniture. We had a lot of heavy items and they were able to navigate around a curved staircase and packed everything like pieces in a puzzle. I don’t know how the men worked so hard with such heavy furniture without slowing down for 12 hours. They made a stressful day for us seniors so much easier. Many thanks.

From the very first meeting with Bryan for a free in home estimate, I knew I was in good hands. He took the time to walk through everything with me, answered all of my questions, and provided a clear and honest quote. What really stood out was his communication and follow up leading up to moving day. He was always responsive, professional, and made the entire process feel organized and stress free. On moving day, Sean and his crew exceeded every expectation.

We had Viper Transport help us with our move and they were fantastic! Kayden, Tyler, and Rob were awesome, they worked hard, were very efficient, and took great care with all of our belongings. Everything went smoothly and they made the moving process so much easier. Bryan, the owner, was also great to deal with. Communication was quick and easy from start to finish.
