I could give this place a zero star if I could. Very poor customer service. Except for when Kathy worked there. They entice you with a low rate then consistently increase the prices. Not safe. I had my storage locker broken into a month ago and items stolen. They claim they have cameras but they can’t figure out who did it. Look somewhere else if you value your property.

If you're LGBT or POC, STAY AWAY! You will be treated like garbage. I walked in, looking to get either a 10 by 5, 10 by 10, or even 10 by 15 storage unit. I've had several indoor/climate-controlled storage units in Minnesota and so far, this is the most expensive I've looked at. I did mention that to the person giving me a tour and they seemed to be personally offended that I brought up price.

DO NOT RENT HERE. Completely inadequate, negligent, and poor security. My unit was one of at least 9 units broken into a month ago. Management wouldn't let me see camera footage of robbery. They have offered an insulting insurance settlement that makes me feel as though I'm being robbed again. So much for a "family - run" business. I REPEAT: DO NOT RENT HERE.

Spent 1 hour filling out all the items and signing the contract. Got to the very end and it stated the billing zip was wrong. Verified it many times and still same error. Opened an account- I thought if I logged into the account I created it might tell me something. It wouldn’t even let me log into the account I created. Over an hours and got nowhere.
