This move cost me more in damage than to actually move. This was all due to the negligence of the associate Naz. He placed my bed frame on the moving truck in a way that even a pre-schooler would know to not stack that way. It broke as soon as he put it in the truck. Yet, that is being deemed my fault for not having paid for insurance…this boils down to common sense. Naz should be fired by this time. They also damaged my wall And broke my fridge all they way to mess up the wiring.

This felt like a bait and switch operation. I sent photos of all the furniture I wanted hauled to a charity and received a quote of $600 based on how much space it would take in the truck. But when the crew arrived, they said the furniture would fill the entire truck, plus labor, plus the cost of disposing of a mattress and box springs, raising the charge to $1,100!! furious, I sent them away and made other arrangements.

We booked a junk removal for some carpet. The appointment was confirmed on their end and my end. They didn’t show up in the time frame. I requested an eta and they never responded. I also reached out to ask if they were planning to come at all and they never responded.
