We chose UNITS due to their positive Google reviews, but our experience was far from satisfactory. We feel compelled to warn others about their poor practice and lack of professionalism. First, reaching Mike (operations manager) or Rich (owner) via phone was nearly impossible. Despite promises to return calls within 30 minutes, I often received no callback at all. The entire process was disorganized from the start.
Anna, You report is unfortunately completely inaccurate. Units Storage dealt with your harassment for over 2 months prior to your move as well as the day of your move. Best of luck for anyone dealing with you in the future!

Great service! Cheerful staff! We needed a storage container on site during a building renovation project, but the space we have available is only slightly larger than the container, and our alley is tight. UNITS remote-control delivery and pickup machinery worked perfectly to navigate the container on and off our property, and the operators were cheerful and friendly. Definitely recommend!

I am using a Units Storage pod/box to temporarily hold inventory for my business, and it has been a great experience! The box arrived one time, clean, and highly secure. I think I placed a call on Tuesday and they were able to deliver it Thursday since I was in a pinch! Great experience and fair pricing.
