We used Storage for over 2 years. We were on a priced unit they offered online. Then they decided to increase our rent per month by over $180.00 a month. The manager of the location did nothing to help and said we needed to talk with the Area Supervisor and they never called and we left a message with the corporate Office and still no response. In the building we where in they over 25 units open or not rented.

So glad to be out of this place! Price went up $80 A MONTH over 4 years and we never missed a payment! I can't imagine how expensive it is for someone struggling to make the monthly payments!

We checked out of our unit on 3/31, but we were still charged on 4/1 for the month of April. When my wife called to get a refund, she was told that we could not get the full amount refunded because we didn't call to notify them that we checked out. What a scam!! Terrible policy.

They buy up all the independent storage centers in a town and then start raising your rate to two to three times what you used to pay. I wish I could go someplace else but they own every storage center within 20 miles of my house....

Made reservation by phone and when went to see the place, noticed it was not climate controlled. Asked to cancel bcs they didn't have size needed; they refused to do full refund!

I loved direct company customer service called me and went over all of the instructions and explained all the insurance and fees. It wasn't a third party company. It was quick and easy over the phone sign up. Everything we needed and it was the perfect size unit.
