UPDATE: 04/17/25 - So, I kept the storage unit because of it's location. Since I set up my rental (will be 2 years in June) they've hiked up my rent twice. The first it went from like $55.00 up to $81.00 6 months after I started renting. Now, they started charging #95.00/mo. as of 05/01/25. I don't know if this is typical of all storage places to do but it seems a little extreme to me. Anyone with renting experience from places like this let me know. First time renting a unit.

If I could give this business 0 stars I would. And while I wish I had the time and space to tell everything that transpired between myself and the property manager the fact is I simply don't. All that I'm going to say is beware of what your getting yourself in to when renting from them. If being treated like a deadbeat or being given incorrect information on multiple occasions.

If you’re reading reviews to see if you should rent from here don’t bother, they overcharge, claim first month rent is free then charge ur card 310$! Then are to lazy to open the gate they are trained to send you through and send a 26ft …

This place is an absolute rip-off. I have stuff my storage. It's not even worth $250, except I'm getting charged for have to have insurance on nothing. I got behind now my i got behind. Now my stuff held hostage.

I never even thought of rat and mice poisoning or bug traps for spiders. It is so heavily wooded behind part of those. I had dead mice in my bags of clothes and furniture. Mouse poop ,spiders. Many chewed up items 😭 …

Accidentally missed one payment and threatened to keep gate code and not allow me to get belongings. Public Storage will not do that to you.

My girlfriend and I just got a storage space here. She did it all online so I hadn't actually met anyone who worked there until I went to drop some items off today. Sam is the employee that assisted me and he was very professional, courteous, and most willing to answer my questions. So far we are very happy with our experience with Storagemart. I highly recommend this business the staff go above and beyond. You don't have to be nervous about anything you just tell them what you need, and they will point you in the right direction. This business offers multiple services, such as boat and RV storage on top of that, they have on-site security, so you can rest easy knowing that what you worked so hard for is completely safe

Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a storage unit. The units are clean and well taken care of. The process to rent was made extremely easy by Scott. He took the time to make sure we understood everything and answered all of our questions in a polite and courteous way. Glad we found this for our storage!
