Do not whatever you do pre pay for yiur storage unit . I prepaid my bill and then realized I was going to move into a house. I vacated the storage unit approximately three days early called the store manager to let him know. Asked how I could get my $80 back and he said you don’t we don’t prorate or do refunds. I said I didn’t know that he said it’s in your contract. I said well the day I came in and signed up.

Don't go to blue springs the guy that works the desk lied saying I unloaded a box spring off my car and inside the building and left it outside of my unit. When it was actually left inside the unit I just rented. And when I asked to see the video footage of it he denied me the video I didn't even have a box spring on my car when I pulled inside the building strongly recommend going some where else

Took my debit info off their pay site and communicated id be moving out before the 1st of the August. On July 29th I was charged anyways as I was on my way to move out of the unit. …

Manager never responds to emails and I was locked out of my unit due to an issue that the manager assured me was fixed weeks ago. Not happy at all.

Honestly best experience I’ve had with a storage unit. First time with using an indoor unit and I’ll never use the basic ones again was pleasant have ac while we unloaded the budget truck! Also they have multiple roller flat dollies that made the unloading process easier and faster! Great choice
