We are first time renters of a storage unit, and Michaela was WONDERFUL to work with! She answered all of our questions, and was so kind thru the whole process! Even though our unit is away from the office, I will be saying "hello" to her when I am there- she runs the show by herself and does an AMAZING job! Storage Mart is lucky to have her!
