If I could give ZERO stars I would!!! The lady that lives/runs this place is the rudest most unprofessional person I’ve ever met. She runs on her own hours. This was my last resort, I called every where for a unit and this was the only storage place that had something big enough for my belongings available . I had baby clothing in vacuum sealed bags in a box , and they were ALL opened and one was even dumped on the floor in my unit.
Jazmine, thank you for leaving this review. I apologize for the situation you have been put in. I can assure you that your comments will be reviewed with our manger at this location.
Beware, if you get critically ill or have identity left and forget to send a new credit card, they won't call you, or return your calls. My phone records show I called them twice and they never called back. They'll just auction off your stuff. Store your things ANYWHERE but here.
Would NEVER rent from here again. Office was always closed during business hours. Few times said there’s a missed months payment. Would not recommend. There’s a lot more to it but not gonna bother with the rest.

I went to get a storage several times and the office is never open every single time I went I give a star for the clean looking facility.

I really like this storage unit. It's pretty big for the price $$ and they really don't bother you when you have to get something out of it. There was one time that I was inside the unit and I had it half way closed and the woman there told me to have it completely opened, so I did but I only had it closed a little bit because of the sun ☀ going into it. But other than that it's not bad at all!

So far I've had a unit there for the past 4 months. It's not to bad. when I see the woman that wokes there shes been nice to me. I was afraid I'd get locked in one time and I didn't have the money for a locksmith to let me out so I always make sure I get out of there before closing.
