The rating breakdown
Google shows 14 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. 1 of those is one or two star.

In their own words
Complained within five minutes of arrival re: not having enough of the home packed. Jumpers on beloved speakers broken upon arrival. Lost a piece of the bed during move. The move could have been less stressful.
Hello, let us briefly explain. When the installers entered the house, you hadn't packed anything; the floor and table were covered in loose items. Since we charge by the hour, this situation would have taken up a lot of your time.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

We were extremely satisfied with Sunshine Moving's service. Special praise to Mr. Yang, Mr. Chen, and Mr. Li. They were punctual, professional, careful, and always considerate of their customers. My home is quite far east in Riverside, Beaumont, and I have a lot of belongings. The three movers did their best to load almost all our household items into the truck. There was practically no room left to put anything else in. We were very touched. After a long day, the three movers were exhausted, but Mr.
Thank you for your support. Although it's been a bit tiring, your feedback is our motivation!
Recommended by a friend, the movers were incredibly hardworking and had excellent service. They barely rested, and despite having a lot of stuff, the two movers finished the move in just three hours, with nothing damaged. The owner is very honest, with transparent pricing and no hidden fees—the prices are fair and reasonable. Such excellent Chinese moving companies are rare in LA, and I highly recommend them. Our whole family is very grateful for the movers' hard work. We hope their company continues to thrive.
Thank you for your support. I hope everything goes well for you and your family in Los Angeles. 👍 …
These guys are fantastic , Sun was very helpful with my initial inquiry and respond my call and text with flash speed . On the moving day , they came with 3 guys and they are all professional with experiences and know what they are doing to protect all my machines. In addition, they all follow my guidance to put different box into the room I assigned correctly, and don’t even mention about the moving speed, to get everything from 3 locations and sorted to my new place with minimal 3 hrs !
Thank you very much for your support. Please feel free to contact me anytime if you need anything in the future. Thank you.
A good friend recommended this moving company. They managed to finish the job that should have taken four or five workers today with just two! The workers were very efficient (especially Xiao Zhang), unlike the workers I've hired before who didn't put in any effort. My furniture and piano were also packed very well. A pleasant moving experience! 👍
Thank you, I have passed on your message to Master Zhang. Please contact me again if needed!
