Truck was in bad shape with previous damage, and as soon as I got back Surprise they charged me for previous damage claiming I caused it. Drove the truck for no more than 1hr total. never had any problems with uhaul in over 10yrs until I came to this place. Unbelievable, bunch of scammers Update to the Owners reply: Nice reply 2 months later. Vehicle was not inspected during my presence, vehicle was at the entrance very far from the office, and employees/owner are not customer service friendly.
The truck in question was not "in bad shape" as the customer stated. The truck rented out was a 2020 pickup truck with around 10,000 miles at the time of use. Customer had the truck for an entire day even though he states he only drove it … More
Our furniture was so damaged that when it arrive in North Carolina the company that unload the truck said they couldn’t believe what a bad job they did packing the furniture and we should file a complaint. Almost ever piece of furniture was damage including holes in the chairs. I called the company and they said we should have checked the furniture on the truck while they were loading it. I have since been told that is illegal. I had pictures and still do but they were not interested in seeing them.
I was very unhappy with this company. They work slow paced as if it’s done on purpose so that the hours add up. Since your paying by the hour it makes sense for the guys not to work with hustle like it’s being told from the top. I got …
Hello stalker! I'm sorry folks unfortunately we have no control over who can. And who cannot leave a review of a business. But this guy seems to be fixated with me and feels he needs to post anywhere he can these lies about us.

The very best movers ever! My original mover cancelled on me 4 days before my move. TNT came to the rescue. Moved my storage unit, my studio apartment.. up a flight of stairs in 110 degree weather here in the desert. Very expedient, courteous. Shrink wrapped, all items that needed protection: lamps, dressers etc. Brought wardrobe boxes for me to use at no charge. Can not say enough about this company. Don’t hesitate to book them.

This company is amazing! I do not say that lightly. We have used them for the past five years to load and unload moving trucks and containers, and to move heavy boxes between houses and rooms. Their motto and service are wonderful, polite, respectful, and professional. They show up right on time, if not a bit early, and stay until the job is finished, even offering, if needed, suggestions and further assistance. Our various moves have included hundreds of boxes, furniture, and other stacks.
We so appreciate your talking the time to review us. It has always been our pleasure to serve you. You are going to be missed. I hope you are all settled in by now. Again thank you for the great review.
