We heard a lot of horror stories and tried to do as much research as possible and hired Team Up movers after seeing high positive reviews and checking with a recent customer but we had a bad experience. We hope it’s just a one off. First, they gave arrival window of 12-2 and truck showed up at 3:30. 2nd the truck that showed up had a different company name, so I assume they contracted out to someone else.

We had an excellent experience with our movers, Ismael and Lalo, during my mom’s move from San Jose to Hollister. Moving on a Saturday with heavy traffic was challenging enough, and because her home is in a new construction development, the address was not yet available on Apple Maps, which caused an unexpected delay and longer commute. Despite these challenges, Ismael and Lalo remained professional, patient, and hardworking throughout the entire move.

Cesar Jason and Ricardo were awesome! They moved our whole house efficiently and with great care. On time and no extra costs. Very competitive pricing too. Would definitely book them again for our next move!
Super great movers! Fourth time I've worked with them. This time was with Ricardo and Ismael, and they were both excellent. Fast when they needed to be, patient when necessary, super professional, polite, and creative getting big furniture up stairs and around corners.
