Short version: terrible communication, over promised & under delivered I've done a lot of moving, and this has probably been my worst experience to date. Expectations: Joe, our moving coordinate was really good at setting up our quote. We were concerned because we were moving over the thanksgiving holiday, but he assured us that while a delivery the Friday after Thanksgiving was unlikely, we would likely receive our things the Monday or Tuesday after.

We used Crown as part of our company relocation package. I wish I had the patience to write the 2000 words necessary to properly document the myriad of issues we had. Suffice it to say that their treatment of us was very unprofessional. …
I cannot endorse the services provided by Crown WMS based on my personal experience. My dissatisfaction is not borne out of animosity towards the company, but rather stems from my own encounter with their services. I engaged their services for a move on September 22nd, 2023. Leading up to the move, my interactions with a lady named C. from Crown WMS were pleasant and helpful.
This company packed my things for a move abroad. When My things arrived in Europe many things were broken. Some stuffs were badly packed when they arrived and therefore I am left many broken items like my lamps, couch and any much more. Can't recommend them.
We didnt have a good experience and the only think I suggest is to be careful when they leaved your place and they let you sign read carefully ! Very bad service my house was a mess for weeks they open all the boxes and they leave me in a completely mess.
My son and daughter in law did a military move from California to Ohio. This company does not return phone calls, does not stick to deadlines and does not care about belongings or what happens to them. It's unfathomable the way they've been treated.

What can I say besides what an absolutely AMAZING team Armstrong has! I genuinely cannot praise Jorge, Hector, Enrique, Tito, and Jobert enough. They went so far above and beyond that five stars hardly feels sufficient. We live at the top of an extremely steep hill with a driveway that a moving truck cannot back into, followed by several sets of stairs. This meant that every single piece—from boxes to incredibly heavy antique furniture—had to be carefully maneuvered and carried up the incline by hand.
