I would give them negative stars if I could. We contracted with them to move contents of a five bedroom house across town to our new house. They arrived on time at 2:00 PM with two guys for a minimum three person job. We had to have the house cleared and cleaned that night for a 7:00 AM walk thru the following morning. They started complaining immediately upon arrival about various things. We had organized the house so all boxes were stacked in either the basement living room or the dining room upstairs.
I scheduled my move weeks ago, confirmed several times and was completely transparent about my starting point out of state. The crew made two trips from the truck to my apartment and then abandoned me because I started the trip from out of state. The owner was condescending and completely unhelpful.
What was failed to be mentioned, in your pathetic attempt to slander The Apartment Movers, was that you literally just drove in from Seattle, Washington that morning - where they are considered a “hot spot” for COVID-19. You were not … More
Went from being able to complete right away, then got a call 10 minutes later saying wouldn't be able to complete for months if at all. Terrible customer service
Good morning, Melissa. Please allow me to respond with how we disagree with your review. We completed a move for you back in July and had not received word back from you when you wanted us to return to move your hot tub, until today.
