The rating breakdown
0 of the 25 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for The J-B Piano Company Co are one or two star.
Worked out from 25 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.

In their own words
I am so appreciative of J-B Piano--all of the staff there was wonderful--I ended up choosing one piano and then decided to change to a Steinway. They were wonderful to work with, helped with delivery and pick up. Additionally they came to tune and were careful, demonstrated expertise ad were a joy to work with. Highly recommended!
Jennifer, as you probably already know, it was a joy to watch you matched with your musical instrument of choice. "Music is the universal language of mankind." – Henry Wadsworth Longfellow - so enjoy your Steinway, and play on.
I bought a 1967 Steinway restored expertly and lovingly by Cameron. Glenn and Cameron were attentive and welcoming on my several visits to the store and workshop. It was a huge deal for me to upgrade my piano and they were so helpful. The piano is home now and exquisite. I cannot believe how responsive, warm and lovely it sounds.
Jennifer, I feel embarrassed that I might not have thanked you for this wonderful review. Thank you for being a part of our commitment to selling fine pianos. Steinway produces a beautiful piano in every way. I am so glad you found each … More
This shop is a gem in our community. They have such a courteous staff, and the custom work out of their shop is terrific (I had them fix a large, unfortunate chip and I'm especially happy with the results). I could get lost looking at all of the gorgeous pianos in their showroom!
JB Piano is a gem for anyone looking to buy a high quality piano. They carry a solid selection of Yamaha, Steinway, Bosendorfer pianos and more. Their attention to detail and craftsmanship gave me full confidence in my purchase. I found a 1981 Yamaha grand in the exact size and finish I was looking for (and had I not, they were prepared to build one for me!).
Dear Carmen, I meant to write you sooner to say how much we appreciate your Google review. It was very well written & from the heart. Now we must write a "customer review" about how gratifying it has been working with you. I’m serious about that. Warmly, Glenn
