One man just kept consistently yelling "MAM need to know WHERE this goes"as i was speaking to one of his coworkers. We were still packing a few loose ends and there were tons of already packed boxes to go out, the one guy was fixated on throwing our stuff not boxed in a box not labeling it and putting it on the truck. They don't do room by room there's no system just a bunch of chaos. I had a DVD playing laying on a couch. Now gone. I told them not to pack anything.
Never ever use this company for moving and/or storage unless you want your belongings damaged or stolen. They are also related to The Junk Guys. Larry, Joe, and Rick will lie to your face. They had an auction for things i needed to pick up. …
As a Realtor, my reputation matters, and I take referrals very seriously. I recommended The Moving Guys to one of my clients during what should have been an exciting transition into their new home. Unfortunately, the experience turned into a complete disappointment. During the move, damage was caused to my client’s home. While mistakes can happen in any business, what is unacceptable is how this company handled the situation afterward.
Good thing I did not get to sign up services with them. Called to enquire about help for a move and as soon I gave my name, he hung up the phone. Not to crucify, thought that someone might be having a bad day. So called 2 times after that. Went directly to VM. Not sure if it had anything with my ethnicity.
Scratched my wall, left my grande piano unscrewed (it’s unsafe and on the verge of collapsing), improperly re-installed my bed frame (left many things unscrewed), this is after they pressured my mother for a $200 tip. Extremely overpriced, low quality service, definitely won’t be using them ever again.
Moving guys moved us in February. Damaged multiple items. We took out the additional Insurance. We have gotten the run around in getting our claim processed and paid. They are avoiding all calls and emails. They actually use caller ID to avoid answering our calls.

If I could leave 10 stars I would. Larry and his crew were absolutely amazing. They wrapped delicate items with care and made sure to place everything in the right location. They even brought the truck with our beds on the 1st day of the move in so that we could move in a day earlier. The moving guys stored all of our stuff for a week and delivered it on time before the holiday weekend in brutal heat. They were also friendly and professional and honest, which is hard to find with many movers.
From the initial meeting with the Joe the owner thru to the planning with Larry and on to the delivery crew, it was a very positive experience. Everyone was a pleasure to work with. No complaints even with the rain on delivery day. Very reasonable pricing with exceptional service!
I've used the moving guys multiple times for myself as well as my clients and they always do a phenomenal job. They work quickly and efficiently, they are upbeat and friendly and the prices are always fair. I found this company on a whim years ago and I'm so happy I did!
