Nightmare experience (September 2019): I’m going to simply state the facts as to stay objective as possible. These movers arrived late the day of without any call to let us know their eta. Within 1 hour of starting, they called to complain to their supervisor about a lot of boxes (boxes, not unpacked stuff). Refused to move box springs up the stairs after minimal effort because it was too tight of a corner (we later got the box springs upstairs ourselves with no problem).

They moved me 10/8/21 a bad EXPERIENCE THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL THEY BROKE ALL FIVE OF MY FLAT SCREEN TVS NOW THEY DONT WANT TO ANSWER THE PHONE AND THEY BLOCKED ME. Also they broke my sons bed. Stay away this moving company usually I don’t write reviews at at but now I’m because my money don’t grow on trees.
I've moved quite a bit and this is the worst experience I've had with movers. The moving crew was brand new, and it showed. They were beyond slow which resulted in the move taking at least an hour longer than it should have, meaning it was more expensive than it should have been. I understand new employees need to learn the ropes, but customers should not be penalized as a result. I had also requested wardrobe boxes which the crew forgot. Overall the experience was frustrating, slow, and disappointing.

These guys helped me out in a pinch after my closing got delayed and my original movers couldn't accommodate the new schedule. They were very communicative, on- time, friendly but professional, and immediately put me at ease, which as a single woman was important. They were careful with my items, moved efficiently but not recklessly, and were fun and easy to be around. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
Phoenix movers recently moved me and my family to Vienna VA! They were phenomenal and I would highly recommend them. They were kind to my pets during the move. Great price too!
Each man was strong like an ox and yet fast like an eagle. Prompt and on time. The team helped move me out of an upstairs apartment down two flights of stars.
I contracted Phoenix Movers to help me survive my move this summer. Without going into too many details, I can tell you that they are professionals. They listen and they address should you have any issues. Any mover will help you move, what matters to me is that if something goes wrong, how does one address that situation. During our move, I was impressed with the care they took to wrap our stuff and the care with which they carried the stuff in and out of the houses.
