In their own words
This company was hired by our apartment complex to move items from our unit onto a portable storage unit on site.a gold necklace, bracelet a fake necklace and a jug full of change came up missing. Also, they broke into a lock box I had. I notified them as soon as I noticed these items missing and they were very rude and lied.
We are 15 years in business with an exemplary reputation. We work in many homes everyday with no incidence. We expected, taking on this government housing project, that we would be working with a few unstable people.
First of the all the price is too high for a local move. I asked for a quote and the manager did it over the phone. The day of the move the price increased on the first couple of hours. By that time they had already started the move. I still had to pay this company $451 for overtime. So on top of all that. The job wasn't done because of being overcharged.I didn't want to pay another $130. So, the movers were ordered to be bring all our property back to the apartment. The crew was nice and courteous.
With the 200 to 300 moves per month we accept, a very very small percentage of them can not be pleased. Every business comes across these kinds of customers and understand as well as sympathize with us.
The guys were 2 hours late. No uniforms. No name tags. They were supposed to pack for us; but by the time they arrived, we had packed almost everything. And also, a few boxes are missing >>>the ones with candy and breakfast bars. And then, they charged us for another 15 minutes to follow us to the ATM. And of course the final amount was not in increments of $20, so they got $18 and some change extra. We could have gone and broken the $20, but I’m almost certain that they would have charged us for that time also.

This company is terrible! They moved us in August 2022 about 1 mile between houses. The movers were distracted that day and did not do things right. They tore a hole in our fairly new king sized mattress, broke several pieces of my wedding China, broke several antique platters, and a number of other items. Even our neighbors commented on how poorly they handled our belongings. They totally destroyed one box to where they had to tape it back together.

This is the worst moving company! When I first called and explained that I would need them to make two stops, I was quoted $100 an hour for three guys. I was told I would get a courtesy call the day before which I ended up having to call them to confirm. When I spoke to the guy, he had the wrong information so I explained it to him again. He then quoted me $150 an hour for two guys. When I showed up this morning at my storage unit, he still had the wrong information.
I do remember you. You are correct in that we had a man that couldn't make it in for your move so instead of canceling we sent 2 men. But you are incorrect in what we charged you. We charge $100 hour for 3 men and a truck and $75 hour for 2 men. That is exactly what reduced your rate to $75 hour.
Be sure to follow your movers everywhere. My entire jewlery collection was stolen. When i called to inform the manager, i was told there was nothing they could do about it. I was wondering why one of the movers was rolling my furniture instead of lifting and transporting. He was trying to see what would fall out. Do not leave their workers unattended. Anything of value that can be pocketed needs to be moved by you or it will go missing. Very disappointed.
We do not have record of moving you nor do we have any problems with theft as you can see from our many 5 star reviews. Our movers are vetted and have been with us for many years. We are a very close family of coworkers and we 100% trust in each other and the work we do along side one another.
How the HELL this company received a 5 star rating is BEYOND ME! SPREAD THE WORD TO FRIENDS & FAMILY TO "NEVER" USE TOP NOTCH MOVING COMPANY!!! This company was explicitly told the details of our moving situation & I was first quoted $100 per he for three movers. The next day we never received a confirmation call, therefore we called them to confirm.

DO NOT. USE THS COMPANY. One of the managers, whose name is Diego, hung up the phone in my face when I called to report several items stolen. According to him, he's been with the company for 8 years and he doesn't believe his guys steal. Me and my husband are the only two people who would be in any of our bedrooms. We don' t have kids and we don't entertain company more than a couple times per year, if at all. Mind you, the items, were not significant but it's the principal of it all.

We used this company for a move before, and when it came time to move again, we didn't even consider calling anyone else. Our first experience was that good. From the very beginning, everyone was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. The crew showed up on time, treated our belongings with care, and kept us informed throughout the process. They were courteous, hardworking, and willing to answer any questions we had. One thing I really appreciated was that there were no hidden costs or unexpected surprises.

I am beyond impressed with Mario and his team. We got quotes from a handful of moving companies, and Mario was one of two who was actually willing to come to the house to look around before giving us a quote (much appreciated ; when you’re moving across the state you want to meet with the moving company beforehand and you want somebody who will be trustworthy with your stuff.) He also taught us the importance of checking if moving companies are state and federally licensed and showed us the website to check that…

From the very first interaction, Mario (the owner) set the tone for what turned out to be an outstanding experience. Professional, attentive, and genuinely respectful from start to finish. We specifically wanted a flat rate rather than an hourly quote, and Mario made that happen by coming to our home in person a few days before the move to do a proper walkthrough. No guessing, no surprises; exactly what we needed. The day before the move he reached out to confirm everything, and we locked in an 8am start time.
