I recently used this moving company for a local move. While I did appreciate the last minute accommodation, the move did not go as seamlessly as expected. The movers were over an hour late. The excuse was traffic. I’m sorry but in the DMV there is always traffic especially during rush hour. That should be factored in when making early morning appointments. If they did not want to come at the time that I requested then that should’ve been communicated to me and I could’ve made arrangements elsewhere.

Hired Top Notch as a “Load Only” service for my recent move from the area. I was pleasantly surprised by the booking process and overall costs from the company. However, that is where the positive experience ends. Once the company began loading the truck, it was evident that they were looking to get in and out as quickly as possible, the care to pack the truck carefully and utilize moving blankets, etc was not thought about.

Extremely unprofessional and rude, dispatch hung up on me when asking for clarifications with the move date. I was told an earlier date with Safe Ship, and the Driver Carlos Uman. The driver specifically had me tip him 572.00 extra dollars to bring my things on date discussed which was today June 3rd. Now he's telling me 7 to 10 days after today. He hung up on me when I tried to explain to him that I already pre-purchased plane tickets and have graduation for my daughter on those days of UNSCHEDULED delivery.

If can could lower I would. I'm a military member that is still trying to get my good delievers to my home. I have been led on and lied to by Vicki their supposed dispatcher. I was supposed to have received my good on the 2nd of July. It never came, I was told by Vicki face to face that the truck was turned away. After calling PMO there was never a truck from them that ever attempted delievery on the base. Regardless they were instructed to call me to escort them base at 0930 and never did.

Wish I could give more than 5 stars! Sean from Top Notch took my call at 7pm and arranged my move for the next morning!! The CEO called first thing in the morning to let me know the ETA, the movers Kyle AJ I and AJ II called and texted with updates. They were so kind, showed up on time, packaged my things carefully and moved very quickly!
Top Notch Movers absolutely lived up to their name! I had an excellent experience from start to finish. The team was quick, efficient, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. They came ready to work, handled everything with care, and kept things moving without sacrificing quality. Moving is already stressful enough, so having movers who are organized, dependable, and efficient makes a HUGE difference.
