After a long drive and a scheduled (through UHaul) meetup, Matthew left us with a full truck. We were counting on this company to unload the truck so we could drop the truck off. His partner failed to show and now we are delayed on return and have to spend more money on late return. I’m sure he’s great but really did leave us high and dry. Not cool. Edit after comment from owner. - review is left on behalf of my father who does not have the ability to leave the review.
You did not receive any service from us. We have no contract or agreement with you. I’m going to ask that you remove this defamatory review of our service. Thank you You also left out the part where you were badmouthing us to your father in the lobby of the storage facility.

I would highly recommend Matthew and his company. Matthew and Joe handled our move for us and they were prompt, responsive, courteous and efficient. They had all the necessary materials and equipment to handle our move and they even did some things that I did not expect, such as wrapping the appliances and putting down floor protection. I think their prices are extremely reasonable for the professional service that they provide.

This moving company was first class all the way. Matthew, Charmaine, and their team were professionals the entire time. They even helped catch and correct an error made by Uhaul, that would have caused me more stress unnecessarily if not caught. Their most notable quality is their excellent communication to their customer! I have used many of moving companies in my life and they are probably the best communicators to their customers of any moving company! Here are three major points of why they are five stars: 1.
