I didn't hire this company directly, but I was the victim of damages caused by them. My neighbor hired them, and when they arrived, their large trailer couldn't fit through the alley. The neighbor allowed the movers to cut several branches …
Paying $1000 for a move like this. The washer and dryer were upside down in their designated spots. I had requested boxes in the living room along with my other furniture, but none of my appliances were in their proper places except for my stove. The boxes were poorly stacked. I had to make my way to my rooms at the back of the apartment. Very disappointed with the service I received. I was well-prepared and ready to move.
