I would give 0 stars if i could. I will NEVER use this company or recommend them again. After setting things up with Uhaul on having them help me move they estimated it to be a 4 hour job. After almost 10 hours we still were not moved into our new home. One of the guys was on his cell phone quite a bit during the day, we were overcharged for their extra time and when I contacted the owner about things we came to an agreement to make things right.

Called him to have remove some things from the basement. Telling me he would call me back 3 days late called him again to see if he could come and give me price again Telling me he would call me back, I sent him pictures of the things needed to be removed from my house, never called me back..Simply not professional.
Hey Tim, I apologize for your experience and I understand how that would be frustrating. We do our best to stay in communication with all of our customers and it looks like we dropped the ball. I would love to some how make it up to you with a discount if given the opportunity.
I think they're driver showed up high/drunk. Almost took out my mailbox pulling in and tore everything up leaving. Highly un professional he was slurring his speech and all over the road. I think it was Jeremy or John? Couldn't tell as he was wasted. Would never do business again

They’re expensive and they took items that they were told not to take and tried to tell me that they didn’t take them. Never again.
