One day, I got a phone call from the owner saying my storage unit no longer had a lock on the door. When I arrived, it was discovered that someone had cut the lock on my door and stole thousands of dollars worth of my items. The owner did not provide security cameras, and was not insured. I wasn't made aware of these details prior to leasing a unit. I will never go back.

2 days later, a bag of salt later, 3 inches of ice later, 4 phone calls later. Still haven't been able to get into my shed. Customer service has been extremely rude and threatening when I try to resolve this issue. If I had more money I would rent somewhere else already!!!

The storage unit 812 that we rented since 2017 turned out to be a disaster. We didn't visit our unit for awhile because we trusted it to be safe. When we did visit to move out, our discovery was lots of boxes and a rug were all wet/soggy. Not to mention water filled up some of our plastic tubs/containers. Don't know how long this was going on, but trusted the unit to be safe. Lucky for us, most things that were stored in there was outside/garage items. I looked at the ceiling and saw tape pieces on the plastic.

We needed a quick, short term storage unit while passing through Duluth. Did a search and found five star near the airport, right where we needed it! Called, then visited Matt on W Arrowhead. He gave us exactly what we needed at an extremely fair price. Could not be happier! I'm sure Matt would be just as accommodating in any situation and would not hesitate on calling him for any of my storage needs. 5 Star is an appropriate rate and name.

Professional and safe, staff are VERY helpful on the phone and in person. There was a recent price increase 🙄🤔😔 I inquired about, (considering i worry about my vehicles' well-being when i go to my unit in the back) whether the recent increase would fund fixing the pavement. The lovely woman i spoke with told me they were just waiting on some bids. Hopefully, they will find one soon. Preferably before winter, i had concerns with the state that it's in.
The place is great and the customer service is great and they are easy to talk to and especially Matt was so helpful and he checked if I need any help or if I have any concerns at all so I do appreciate that thank you guys

Needed a unit for a couple months while moving. Was a breeze to quickly rent one and had great hours for access! Matt made move-out real easy when the time came. Overall an easygoing and convenient experience. If I have need of a storage unit again I'll be back.
