This is the very first time I've written a review of any kind, but I feel like I have to express how extremely disappointed I am in the service I received in Barrie. I had extensive damage to my immaculate hardwood floors in my new home as a result of moving furniture across the floors without any wrapping on the furniture or protection on the floors. This definitely could have been avoided had proper measures been taken to protect my floors.
Money ($585usd) went "missing" on the day of my move. The owner refuses to acknowledge this. I will be filing a police report and complaint with the BBB. I strongly recommend you hire a different moving company should you require one.
If there was a Zero rating you would get it . Yesterday I booked a truck for 2pm, by 330 I had to call to find out where the driver was on his way there, by 5 I got a call saying 39 minutes. Well 630 they finally roll into the driveway. Well in 4.5 hrs I packed everything myself dragged it outside what I could carry, one stood and fired orders at his worker unless two men were needed just stood there, I moved more boxes which I got mad and started to pack the truck myself 53 year old woman here 3 stomach…
Hello, I apologize for this service you received. We are under new ownership and this type of service will not be acceptable with our new team.
Expensive and I think they ripped me off, paid $780 for moving between 9am-2pm. Doesnt seem they deducted my deposit either, these guys were quick but seemed like they were on drugs.... wouldn't recommend this company, some.of my stuff got broken because they cant read or speak english so the labeling on my boxes didnt even matter to them

the men who moved me broke my new television & when i told the owner of the company he said he would compensate me with a gift card & i never heard from him again & i never received the gift card. i would never use this moving company again. shame on you andrew

We had contacted this company on short notice to assist with a work related move. Dimitri promptly responded to our quote request and continued to assist us with quick responses and appointment set up. On the day of the move Jamie, John and Devon had shown up early, and hit the ground running. The moving team handled all of our items with the utmost care and were open in communication throughout the day, honest about their process, and incredibly helpful. Would surely consider using this team again if necessary.

Had a large, heavy band saw to move out of a basement. Other companies did not return my email/call inquiries. Two Small Men with Big Hearts promptly got back to me and we worked out the logistics. Crew arrived on time, moved the saw, being very careful as it had to pass through the main living area of a beautiful home. Very clean and prompt. Well done!!....finally a moving company that cares.
The entire process from the time of booking to the end of my move was very personable, efficient, and organized! I am so glad I hired them to help me with my move. The day could not have gone more smoothly. They even helped me re-assemble my desk on site. A very stressful day was made easy and was worth every penny, thank you!
