Inside job theft! Our lock was cut off and replaced with one of their locks. They claimed the "thief" got a hold of the locks that the manager had a key to and put it on themselves...Thousands of dollars worth of items stolen. Washer and dryer, furniture, kitchen utensils, rugs you name it. Cameras didn't work at the time or the gate codes. Several other units were broken in to and none of them including mine had insurance coverage. After the police came they got the cameras working and the gate codes fixed.
I decided to rent the unit because the units are really clean and well organized, but they ended up stealing all my new stuff I had. And it’s sad because it’s supposed to be a “safe storage” I could’ve just left them in my house if I knew someone from this storage was going to steal my stuff and TODD DID NOTHING ABOUT THIS BUT A SORRY.
I am sorry to hear this happened Diana. We have never had problems with break-ins before. Our facility is fully fenced and with a private gate, security cameras and an on-site manager. I would recommend filing a police report. Let us know if there is anything we can do to help.

The GM, Erika Askew, at this property was the most helpful person we have had ANYWHERE since returning to the United States! She instantly felt like family and was extremely professional. She helped us with both a unit and a truck with a quick and easy process and we were able to get on our way! I am so thankful we chose this location! Thank you Erika!
The manager is Todd he is so friendly, professional and very informative. He was the highlight of having to move. The place is very clean, secured with cameras and gated access (operational during certain hours), and the price isn't bad either. Overall great place because of great management.
I am happy to say that the courteous and professional service I received from Erika and Antuan during "EVERY" visit, was truly a blessing. While going through a major transition in my life where I needed to rent storage spaces and moving …
The whole setup is tidy and organized. Gated, well-lit easy in-and-out off of South Houston Lake (when headed toward Warner Robins). Customer service with a smile and a check-in process of fewer than 5 minutes. Very impressed, very pleased!
