Jacki is the absolutely worst manager i have met in my life, rude, yelling, disrespectful. If she isn’t fired yet she NEEDS to be fired immediately. Overall disgusting behavior no wonder this location has a 2.7 star. Sad. i even have a recording of our conversation because of how she had talked to me before.
We rented a 15-foot truck yesterday. I made the reservation almost a week ago at a different location, and I reserved a furniture dolly. U-Haul called and said they did not have the truck at my desired location, but they had one at 2400 Boca Chica, which was farther away. Of course, they said they would not give me a discount for the extra miles. I needed the truck, so I accepted. My brother-in-law picked up the truck, and they said they had no dolly.
I rented a truck from here and accidentally left 2 of my personal dollies in it and of course when I called to ask about them they know nothing about it. So this place has thieves working there. According to some lady that called me they checked the cameras and nothing was ever taken down from that truck (including the pads I rented from them). Interesting because if I wouldn’t have returned those I’m sure I would’ve gotten charged for them. Also, the truck didn’t work right.

Clemente Pacheco the employee didn't rent us a uhaul mind you we call in at 10 am to rent a trailer so we can haul a truck we bought. We headed out round trip from Houston to Brownsville got there at 3:50 and he stated he didn't have any. As we were leaving we saw 3 there went back to tell him and he said he couldn't rent those out .
I scheduled to come in to they can install a hitch and left the muffler loose! My whole car was shaking she was claiming that the reason was because its close to another metal! I had to physically show her what was loose because she couldn’t believe it ! Don’t go here they don’t know how to install hitches !
Horrible customer service. I called at 6:40pm to make a reservation and arrived at 6:50pm. The kids working at the time declined it because of the time, even though their scheduling department told me to be there before 7pm and I wouldn’t. …

I recently rented a 6×12 trailer from the U-Haul location at 2400 Boca Chica Blvd in Brownsville, and I was pleasantly surprised to receive a free month of storage in a 5×10 unit as part of their promotion. This was an incredible value that made my moving experience much easier and more affordable. The 5×10 storage unit has been perfect for my needs—it’s the ideal size for storing extra belongings during my transition.

Jesus P. is one of the most helpful people I have encountered. I went to the store looking for a specialty box. He went out of his way to help me find exactly what I needed. Not only was he helpful, but he was also very polite. I highly recommend this store for any shipping and packing needs. They have a great supply of materials.
