Absolute HORRIBLE experience here!!! They literally require so much just to rent an outside vehicle parking spot. Person that works inside then threatened to have our vehicle towed after we had just given a payment because we never gave a “required” form. How else would we have been able to get the storage spot???? NEVER AGAIN WILL I BE USING MOVE IT STORAGE!!!!! IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE 0 STARS I WOULD.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. Nearly Impossible to get a hold of someone at the office. When I finally did they said payment was was all set. Only to have someone call me to say I have been reported for arrest. Unbelievable. It’s unfortunate that I now have to have attorneys involved.

Office Closed!!! I've been trying to speak to the office staff since 3 pm, but it's still closed. They said closing time was 5:30, and it's 5 pm now and it's still closed. I absolutely do not recommend this office.
Alba, we're sorry you had difficulty reaching our staff. The manager was on the property and away from the office. We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service, and your concerns are important to us.
Always gets locked out one week before my payment is due there's no emergency contact they can't find my information office personnel can do their job dealing with this for the past year
The last 3 times I have visited there is no one in the office during their posted hours. More than half the time I call no one answers and today I couldn’t get the gate code to work.

They will lock you out by the 2nd of the month if you don't pay on the 1st, even though they tell you that you have until the fifth of the month to pay.
