The girl that works there is very unprofessional and has no idea how to talk to customers. I rather pay $20 more somewhere else. She wouldn’t even give me a number so I could talk to management.
I had made a door dash delivery here and the lady claimed she never got it, I handed it to her myself, almost got me fired. These people are thieves stay away!!!
My Experience with Move It Storage was just great. Martha Cano has been the lady that has always worked with me for and thing that I may have needed. She is a great person to work with she is very polite and has a lot of patients. I recommend Move In Storage for anyone that may need a safe place for their personal belongings. Mercenary. They increase penalties way too often and by a big amount. I would do 0 stars if I could. Not penalties, but storage fees. I have never had a penalty in 11 years, but the increase in storage fees is horrible.

We've used the storage unit for a while now. Never had an issue. It is under new management and they have been great. The price did go up slightly but we were told in advance that it would. We'll keep using them until we have no need for extra storage.
They have different sizes of storage units. Wish the prices on the insurance plus the units were going Up Soo much 😞, so frequent. Especially if one is on a tight budget. …
