The rating breakdown
Google shows 11 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. 1 of those is one or two star.
Google’s published star breakdown

Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What the complaints say
Moving goes wrong in a small number of specific ways. These are the ones reviewers describe in the low-star reviews we have read for U-Move Elk Grove Movers, counted by matching the words they used.
- Items missing or never delivered1 · 100%

In their own words
This is not a real company! All the 5 star reviews are fake. I hired them to move my 3 bedroom home and they canceled an hour before the move and I never got my deposit back. When I try to call no one ever answers. Hire literally anybody else. They are scamming people.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
This company is very organized, takes responsibility. I really like the crew, they always kept me updated and did the move fast and careful, I’m really happy that I got them! Highly recommend this company to everyone!
Thank you Alex! We love raving customers and would love to give back by offering a discount on your next move!
By far the best experience moving I've ever had. No hidden charges at the end of the move, trustworthy and straight forward. My team was Sam C, Igor, and Artem. They made the day for me! Polite, careful, they were a joy to have as movers!
Best moving company I’ve worked with so far. They prepped the home and wrapped all my furniture thoroughly with padded blankets. Everything was taken out of my home with no dings or scratches they were super professional about it. The way they loaded everything in the truck was almost like a game of Tetris. I was blown away with their space management and work ethic.
Thank you Sam, we really appreciated the kind words!
Amazing. Best experience with movers I’ve ever had. What they quoted me was exactly the cost at the end. Excellent and smooth communication. Fast and efficient pick up and drop off. Will definitely use again.
What Google’s own summary highlights
Google surfaces topics it finds across a business’s reviews. They skew positive across every mover we hold, so treat them as a summary of what this company is praised for rather than a balanced picture.
