In their own words
I would love to give U-Pack 5 stars, but because of one aspect of the move I can't. More about that later. First I want to say just how incredible the ABF guys in Loveland are. Responsive, attentive, professional and all around nice guys is the only way I can describe them and I could add more. David jumped in and rescued our trailer from Portland, and after that it was smooth sailing. The drivers were great. About that one aspect: The Portland drivers were great and the trailer arrived on time, clean and dry.
This was one of the best experiences I've ever had with a company, let alone for a freight / moving company. Starting with the sales call, which I normally despise, but the representative was so friendly and informative and she quickly sold me. The price comparison to U-Haul which was the cheapest option before gas, is very competitive AND you don't have to drive your stuff.

An honest and straight forward business arrangement. No tricks or deceptions like many of the other moving companies who are actually brokers. My stuff never left my hands until it arrived at the destination. Very little damage due to careful planning and my own packing. Very good communication and flexibility. I highly recommend this as a fool proof way to move.
This was the easiest and most comprehensive moving experience. I did some research and called a few different moving truck/pod places, and this was by far the best. The way that you can partition off the part of the truck that you used, leave the rest empty, and only pay for what you used, was excellent. The trucks are also bigger than a lot of the pods, so I didn't have to worry about scheduling more than one or running out of space.
