Super easy to work with! Great communication, & they picked up and dropped off our cube when scheduled. All of our stuff got to our new house safely. We also stored our cube for a few months while we looked for a house, and they let us get into our cube to take stuff out as needed. Pricing for the move and storage was ver reasonable. I would recommend U-Pack Moving for a cross-country move!
Awesome experience. Everyone was very courteous and willing to work with us and cater to our specific needs. Cross border move process was explained very clearly and reality was very close to what was explained. Instructions were available as we needed them. Every one that we contacted from the company, was never rushing. Everything was on schedule. Tracking the package/container was available during the entire move process and via Texts. Very good experience over all. Would use them again if needed.
