Not enough ratings
We hold limited information on this company. We have read 4 reviews for it, so anything below about what reviewers say rests on very little text. That is missing information rather than a clean record, and it is not a judgement about the business either way.
The rating breakdown
Google shows 4 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. None of them are one or two star.
Google’s published star breakdown
| Rating | Distribution | Count | Share |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 star | 4 | 100% | |
| 4 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 3 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 2 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 1 star | 0 | 0% |
Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Very pleased. Cube was as promised. Drivers at both ends courteous and professional. They made it happen. Accommodated requests for cube location and alignment. Moved to Tx from Az during the storm of the century. Cube was delayed due to weather but so was my move in. Dispatch was great out out Shreveport. Can’t say enough how pleased I am. Oh, lots of reviews about broken stuff. Pack your cube yourself the tight and right way and nothing gets broken. Highly recommend!
If you are looking for someone to do a long distance move, I highly recommend UPack. They were MUCH LESS EXPENSIVE than other companies. I was delighted I found them and they did an excellent job and stayed in great communication. I couldn't be happier. Thank you UPack for taking some of the stress off of the move.
We're glad we could take some of the stress off of your move, Caryn! Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, we hope you enjoy your new home!
I recently used U-Pack to move across country and the process from beginning to end was very seamless and straight forward. I used one cube but probably should have gone with two but that's besides the point. The service was great and everything made it in one piece. Would definitely use again and would recommend to family and friends.
This is a great company to work with. From planning the move, to the dispatchers, to the drivers, we had a great experience the entire way!
We're glad you had an excellent experience with our team throughout your move, Derek! Thank you for trusting us and for taking the time to leave a review. We wish you all the best as you settle into your new home!
What Google’s own summary highlights
Google surfaces topics it finds across a business’s reviews. They skew positive across every mover we hold, so treat them as a summary of what this company is praised for rather than a balanced picture.
