The rating breakdown
Google shows 15 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. None of them are one or two star.

Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

Counted across the 14 four and five star reviews we have read for U-Pack. A review can mention more than one thing.
In their own words
Excellent company. Easy to use, great communication, on time and excellent customer service. U-Pack made our move from Ohio to Seattle easy as can be!
Loved the customer service. Their staff was friendly and welcoming. Loved the convenience of loading my items into the relocube. Locked up the relocube container with my own two locks. Moreover, the fact that they quoted for five day delivery from terminal to terminal yet the cube arrived at the next terminal in a day and half was wonderfully amazing. I would recommend Upack to everyone. There were never any gimmicks and misleading in any way. The company was straightforward and honest.
Thank you for trusting us with your move and for taking the time to leave a review, Ms Taylor! We're glad we were a great fit, and we wish you all the best as you settle into your new home.
So quick, easy, and all of my stuff arrived in perfect condition. Plus everyone was so nice. I can't believe how easy it was to move with them!
We're glad we could make your move easy, Sarah! Thank you for choosing us and for taking the time to share your experience. We wish you all the best as you settle into your new home!
U-Pack was by far the most economical and easy to work with through out the entire process of our out of state move. There were no hidden fess and we knew exactly what we were required to pay. Combining U-Pack and local moving crews saved us quite a bit of money. The customer service dept was easy to reach and handled any concerns we had. A great asset when dealing with the local service centers.
Thank you for trusting us with your move, Audi! We're glad we were a great fit for your moving needs, and we hope you enjoy your new home!
