VERY VERY dissatisfied!! Awful customer service from the very start. They incorrectly got my phone number and email incorrect. I didn’t even get sent confirmation. So I call them Monday and they tried calling and had the wrong number. Then the workers get there. It’s a married Russian couple. So they come to the job, first off they start complaining about the load. It was a storage I got that was filled with my belongings from our house that we sold.

In their own words
Upland Movers moved me on 01/12/23. My movers were Solo, Colin, and Stan. They arrived on time (9 AM), introduced themselves, did a quick assessment and began. Though I only moved a mile away, the move was from a 2 bdrm 1st FL to a 1 bdrm, 3rd FL. After all was finished, including assembling my bed and making sure it was aligned as requested, they were driving away at 12:30 PM. Unbelievable. They were FAST, considerate, careful (NOTHING was broken/scratched), and had a great rate.

Upland was on time for both the move out/in. They used every square inch of their trailer and were very careful not to damage anything. They unloaded everything at our new home in Santa Ana where we wanted it and they were very courteous and respectful to me and my partner. No complaints at all. We also used them to store a few pieces of furniture that I planned on selling, pricing was more than fair for that.

We moved from a second floor to a second floor in the same apartment building but because of all the stuff we have we had to call a moving company and these guys were awesome! They helped us pack all the kitchen and bathroom stuff and even helped us move some of my friend’s stuff to her apartment! They were efficient and finished everything in exactly 3 hours and I only paid for what I was told when asking for a quote. There were no damages and everything was great! I would definitely recommend them to my friends!

Upland looked promising online with multiple great reviews but that's not why I chose them. I chose them because they kept it straight with me. To the point, just how I wanted it. I can't stand those places that tell you one rate and then you find out it's another. Upland told me the rate and stuck to the quote. Never adding extras on for unexpected delays. The movers worked hard and the staff handled themselves well. I have a lot of respect for these guys.
