What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
I rented a storage unit to keep on my property while doing construction. The unit was clean, secure, well ventilated and perfect for my needs. Lori is fantastic, she is very professional, helpful and flexible. As construction is rarely completed on time, she was able to extend the time I needed to keep the unit beyond my initial request with no problems whatsoever. Great at communication. I really appreciated that. The young man that dropped off and picked up the container was also fantastic.
After knowing that every single person I know who used Pods has had horrible experiences, I looked up their reviews and 9 out of 10 people also had horrible experiences. That's when I was referred to Go Mini's. The reviews were fantastic. It was like Pods but with a good business model. They were communicative, fast, and clean. The one thing to note is that you will need to supply your own ratchet straps as they are not installed in the container like UHaul trucks are. And obviously have your own lock.
They are a fantastic company to work with! Very helpful and friendly office staff. The storage units are well-constructed and solid. We live on an exceptionally narrow street but the drivers were so skilled that they offloaded the 20-foot unit without any trouble. It was amazing to watch!
We had an amazing experience with Go Mini's. We HIGHLY recommend them. We look forward to referring our clients. On time, extremely affordable and provided excellent customer service. Love working with staff members like those at Go Mini's. Two Thumbs Up!!!!!
