Unprofessional service from beginning to end for an professional rate. This service is great if you just need 2 guys and a moving truck and don't mind your furniture being damaged. However, I moved a small one bedroom apartment 3 miles down the road and the cost was astronomical, what should have been 4 hours took all day, and my leather couch and several furniture items were scuffed, scraped and damaged.
If I could give a negative score I would. My cousin referred me to Wally. He arrived on time with two men. They picked up several items and transported the items five miles. Wally's company damaged a brand new refrigerator forcing it through the front door scratching and denting all four front refrigerator doors. The cost to replace one door is $335.

Wally is the worst kind of service s person to deal with. He is so temperamental and he cannot deal with anyone, especially women clients, who ask him to be professional and careful in their services. He quit on us in the middle of a big …
Service was great .. workers don't understand English and picked up and took away stuff that I had asked them not to. By the time I realized it was too late. Had to spend $450 to get the same item back. I wouldnt use them again

I highly recommend this moving company! They had great communication from start to finish and were very accommodating when I needed to reschedule my moving date. The team made sure all of my furniture was carefully wrapped before loading it into the truck, which I really appreciated. They were also able to quickly disassemble larger furniture pieces, like my bed frame and desk, and reassemble them at the new place efficiently. Their pricing was reasonable, transparent, and straightforward with no surprises.

We cannot be more grateful to Wally and his crew for 2 safe, fast and courteous moves! Hundreds of boxes, furniture, beds (that they disassembled and put back together), mattresses (including a very heavy king one), a 75 in TV, as well as all sorts of oddly shaped objects - all made it in perfect condition and were placed exactly where we needed them. Communication was impeccable both times, the team was efficient and courteous and the rates were extremely reasonable. We can’t recommend them enough!
