I too had an experience where it took almost a half an hour for someone to come out and wait on me and then they were very rude as if my money wasn't going to be good enough I'm a black man and I felt as though they didn't want to wait on …
They picked up the in late July/first week of August Today is October 27th. They have taken payment for transport of the piano. They have NO CLUE when they will deliver. So we are at 90 days - The staff REFUSES to allow me to talk to supervisor. On multiple occasions my wife has spoken to someone who promised to have someone call back. They have not. There standard answer is - WE HAVE NO CLUE! DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR PIANO
Rang the bell no one answered. Waited 20 minutes for no one to show and the place looked dirty and unorganized. Not pleased at all.
