My husband hired Walter Piano Transport in September 2012 to move our 1927 Baby Grand from Missouri to Georgia. We paid our final portion of the moving invoice as requested on November 1, 2012. It is now December 7, 2012 and I still don't have my piano. They initially said it would arrive in 2 to 3 weeks. On November 30, I called them to inquire and advise it had now been 30 days (more than 3 weeks) since I paid and still no piano. They advised that "the truck was full" and "no truck was coming to Georgia".
They moved my piano across country. The piano arrived with damage in several places. Despite their guarantee on damage, they will not fix it. They say that there's no way they could have damaged those parts of the piano, even though it …
