In June 2023 we did a local move from Loveland to Timnath, CO. The actual move went well and was reasonably priced - we paíd fully the day of the move and tipped the crew nicely. While at our new house one of the workers accidentally dropped a bed rail and put a gouge in the drywall - no big deal and the foreman assured us their office would promptly contact us to arrange a repair. We waited several days with no call, so we called them. No problem we were told, you will hear from us shortly.
Do not use these movers. The people who work for the owner worked hard. Joel the owner came out and told us we needed a 20 ft truck for our move to Tx. The crew showed up the day of the move late, tho they had texted us and told us there …
I would not recommend this company to anyone. The experience necessary to estimate a move was significantly off [Was quoted for ~2k and the cost came in over ~3k], the moving date was rescheduled due to their own staff quitting without notice, they supplement their own moving staff with labor from Labor Ready [but charge you the same rates as the employees from Watson Moving -- which is more than labor ready is charging], and they send out smaller than necessary teams for large moves.

The actual movers who work for the owner were hardworking and courteous. Thumbs up for them! The owner Joel on the other hand was misleading. He didn't disclose that we will be billed for the travel time from their facility to our house, promised to move plants but never put it on the work order (we ended up having to arrange transportation last minute) and forgot to included a ladder in the list of supplies to move paintings off walls. We were very particuler about the paintings and that they needed to move.
