We Move Everything

I hired this company and was initially quoted $350 over the phone. However, on the day of the move, the price suddenly increased to $450 when I inquired about the method of payment. Despite my previous confirmation of the lower price for a 38-mile trip, I felt compelled to proceed. I offered the movers water and beer, not expecting them to consume the beer during the job. As they completed the move while I handled other matters over the phone, they departed afterward.

I first want to say the 2 gentleman that helped were very professional and fast. They even spoke to my son giving him positive life advice and I really appreciate their hard work. But I'm very disappointed with the overall service. I agreed to the 3 hour deal, which is supposed to include a Truck and movers but instead they sent a pickup truck with a trailer. He never gave me a time, he just sent the movers to the location and I had to drop what I was doing to go meet them there.

I booked with the company 2 weeks in advance. On the day of, they arrived 2 hours late. No apologies no explanations. They did get right to work and were friendly so I was willing to over look the time discrepancy. I attempted to book a …

**WILL NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY AGAIN EVER!** We asked around for recommendations and referrals and we got mostly good reviews. We were moving 10 hrs away so we did our work and checked out the "company" first! We paid our deposit a month before the move..everything was fine until the week before the move! They stopped answering all together! Then the day before the move with less than 25 hrs notice Red (owner or worker) said he didnt know where his worker was and was canceling our move!

This place is a complete joke. Run away from here. We paid our deposit and They led me and my family on for three days and never came to move us. We ended up forfeiting our deposit at the home we were moving from and losing cleaning fee deposit because they didn’t move us. The owner text and acted as if he was coming but never showed and stopped answering my calls. We had to pay triple the amount for someone else to move us because it was last minute. Still no one has not called or text.

I used this company on UHaul. Very disappointed. I hired 3 men and only 2 showed up, one of the 2 showed up 40 minutes late. I do not recommend this company, poor communication.

I have been stranded on the morning of the move despite of booking early and paying the deposit. They refunded the deposit and simply said our driver didn't show up. Wow!
