The rating breakdown
Google shows 12 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. None of them are one or two star.

Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
West Coast Moving Company was professional, efficient, and careful with my belongings. The crew was on time, friendly, and made the move stress-free. Definitely recommend.
I recommend West coast moving to everyone in Marin county. Tom the owner is a very dedicated professional mover and his workers do everything efficiently and work very hard. They moved me 3 years ago when I moved form West Marin to Fairfax and again when I was moving my office from Fairfax to San Rafael. Both times he did great clean job and I was very happy. I have also referred family and friends to Tom and thy were all satisfied
Thom and West Coast Moving recently helped my fiancé and I move from the Bay Area to Sacramento, and they made the whole experience smoother. We had a lot of heavy furniture and fragile items that were handled with care and everything made it over without a scratch. I would recommend the West Coast Moving Company to anyone needing to get there things somewhere safely.
West Coast Moving has completed a number of moves for me over the years for home and office. They are thorough, efficient, friendly and affordable. I would recommend Tom and his team without hesitation!
