She was so knowledgeable about classical music and the instruments, and provided friendly and tailored service based on my musical experience and goals. I have been searching for Kawai piano for my daughter for sometimes and finally saw worldwide piano ads and went to the store and purchase one. The staffs are very nice and helpful and they have so many nice selections I found a new Kawai piano and I think very reasonable price. We are very happy with the purchase and the service.

Aislyn and Jeff are the store managers and are amazing. The store has many upper tier pianos. They all sound and feel great. I bought a Beckstein from Worldwide. The piano is the best I have ever played and the price was very reasonable, especially for the quality and condition of this piano. They carry all quality pianos: acoustic, digital and hybrid. Aislyn and Jeff also have given me very helpful advice which has helped with my playing. They use two incredible piano technicians: Colleen King and Eric Pareis.
