In their own words
Zippboxx was highly recommended to me, and this is why: From my very first phone call to my delivery, everyone I dealt with was approachable, knowledgeable and went out of their way to accommodate my situation. The movers came on time, were friendly & efficient, & finished swiftly. The delivery went just as well, and I was VERY impressed at how carefully they had packed my stuff. To everyone at Zippboxx, thank you for an easy move. Rob was always easy to get ahold of, and made several accommodations for me.
The Zippboxx team arrived on time and worked like a machine taking everything out of our basement and moving into our garage for temporary storage while we have our basement worked on. They packed up everything professionally, disassembled furniture and shelving and made sure everything was protected with zero damage to items or walls. They were finished on time and overall did a fantastic job.
I would highly recommend Zippboxx for receiving warehouse, inspection and delivery services. Rob, Michelle and Ryan are all extremely professional and offer the highest level of customer service. Some of my items that they received in were damaged. They immediately inspected my items and notified me of the damage. More importantly they quickly helped me repair what could be repaired and saved and set up a prompt delivery. 5 stars for sure! Ryan is very professional and thorough! I would highly recommend him.
We chose zippboxx for our long distance move, because our friend had a great experience with their service, moving from NY to Fl. Angel and his team quickly and carefully loaded the truck and Anthony and his team were very efficient unwrapping and moving the pieces into our new home. All items were delivered in perfect condition! Rob and Michelle were very helpful with coordinating the timing of everything, making the process stress free! Money well spent!
