#1 best choice moving

I gave them a 5 star review at first but let me tell you this company is trash. I was so nice to the movers not knowing that I had items stolen from me. House hold products in bulk from Sam's washing powder, dish detergent, detergent in liquid, and if I wouldn't have asked about my 55 inch tv it still would have been on the truck covered in a blanket. I am just upset behind this because I payed my hard earned money just to get ripped off. They even slowed down knowing that I was on a time limit.

Worst moving company ever! More like worst choice movers!! Scheduled a week ahead to move, paid a $100 deposit. Don said they would be there by 10. 10: 30 I called, he said they were standing by. I lived over an hour away. 12:30 the movers called and said they were still moving furniture out of one of their trucks from the day prior. But stated they were still coming. 4:00 came I called the main number, which went to voice mail and gave another number to call. Every number I called no answer.

I was quoted one price but ended up paying nearly twice that! After I divulged everything I needed moved, disassembled and reassembled Mr Don quoted me a FLAT rat. The moving men charged me by the hour plus add ons for reassembly of a bed and tried to tell me what a good deal I was getting b/c they didn’t charge for fuel. They only moved my stuff 2.7 miles! There was NO mention of hourly rates, add ons or anything else in my quote.

This is by far the worst moving company I have ever had to deal with. They sent 3 guys one broke my antique night stand and the other one broke my 70 inch Tv. I have been begging them since January 5, 2026 to pay for my TV. They will not file a claim and will not call me back. DO not ever use this company. This company sent another group of people to move me and now they are saying they sub contracted my move out to someone else, but I paid Best Choice. They are the worst to do business with. You have been warned.

Well I called and scheduled. Then when calling for confirmation, learned it had been changed to Saturday. They did work with me on a time change but, with that change, THEY DIDNT SHOW UP. PEOPLE TOOK OFF WORK ar ,rangements were made. We called all day and night, wouldn't even answer. This was just so wrong.

My impressions about Best choice movers upon calling to make an appointment with them talking with a man who stated he was "dispatch" ended up being all over the place quoting different prices changing things up from what was originally discussed. I realized because he lies so much about some of the details and the fact that he most likely talk to so many people he tells different people different things is the reason for that.

im pretty sure most of the 5 star reviews are either friends or family, or FAKE. because i have NEVER dealt with a more difficult company. i booked with them and never received a confirmation. i repeatedly text him to make sure it was confirmed and never got a reply. so i cancelled. if i cant confirm an appointment why would i sit around waiting when i could book with someone i KNOW is coming. he kept telling me about these policies they have for customers and i asked him if the policies were on the website. NOPE!

PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS MOVING COMPANY!! To start, I had to reschedule my initial move out which was at 12pm. Tommy Logan (the said manager) rescheduled my move out for the very next day at 10am. The movers showed up at 5:45pm with a small raggedy box truck with no company label to move me. I was blown away because, for one you're extremely late and you have this baby truck to move all of my belongings The next big red flag is the movers only accept cash app as a form of payment.
