I hired Goldmouth Moving Company expecting two professional movers, as promised. I had my own U-Haul and was only paying for labor, so I expected efficient, skilled help. Instead, it quickly became clear that only one was truly experienced. I watched the so-called “professional” constantly advising the other mover, who seemed inexperienced and dependent—waiting around for guidance on how to lift items and where to place furniture. To make matters worse, the second mover was blatantly unprofessional.
I apologize for not replying to this review in a promptly timeframe but I've been busy and I wanted to give it the attention it deserved. I am saddened that you wasn't happy with the service. There's a lot of truth in this review and there's some not-so-truth.
I will never ever use this company again. I used them a month ago. I’m unpacking room by room and now starting to notice things are missing and furniture scratched up. All my tables, dressers have scratches. Reaching out to the smart mouth owner is null and void. I’m missing a rug, seat cushion that was $40, Fitbit and I’m still going through stuff I can’t find. I’m going to take it as a lost and never ever book them again. And stop showing your on Forbes as best moving company.
Good morning.... I woke up at 1:30 a.m. to a 1 star review 😭. I'm very sorry that the results and expectations weren't aligned. Everyone knows I take my company and reviews seriously. I also take my character and faith just as serious. You said you used my company about a month ago.
Terrible service, my request was simple. Please cover the mattresses with the plastic covers I bought and wrap the furniture, so nothing would be broke or damaged in moving. They had one guy on staff that seemed to care about wrapping the couches. Most of the things I requested to be handled with care was not. Had several things that was damaged in the move. You know the saying you get what you pay for? I wish I would have chosen another company. Don't make my mistake.
Mrs. Ada. You know the saying. You can't satisfy everyone. I choose my battles wisely, but I'm so disappointed in you. I came to your house, broke your beds down and wrapped your heaviest items for free (that you said would already be wrapped).
This company/business is AWFUL! The owner, (Goldmouth) never properly introduced himself, so I assume he was the man with the mouth full of gold teeth. No official, legal, government-recognized or even street name was provide by him nor his employees. He was one of the most unprofessional people I have ever met. This company had none of the necessary tools/equipment to move furniture, and the men working that day, had absolutely no training on how to properly move furniture.
TO ALL OF MY TRUE FOLLOWERS, THIS IS "THE CLIENT" I WAS TALKING ABOUT. I'VE BEEN WAITING ON YOU AND I DEFINITELY GOT TIME TODAY. PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE YOU THINK YOUR LIES AND NEGATIVITY CAN HAVE ANY IMPACT ON ME. I CAN GO INTO DETAIL BUT IT'S SIMPLY NOT WORTH MY TIME.
November 2, I used Goldmouth moving service to move something inside of my storage unit. Today 3-6-2022 I went to move everything out my unit and came across so many broken items‼️ Highly pissed‼️ This has by far been the worst experience everrrrrrr…All of my expensive, nice things that I have worked so hard for is just damaged. movers did not try to inform me of any of the damages caused
I'M SORRY THAT THIS EXPERIENCE WAS THE WORST MOVING EXPERIENCE YOU HAD AFTER YOU OPENED YOUR STORAGE UP TODAY AFTER 100 DAYS. I APOLOGIZE FOR YOUR EXPERIENCE BUT THESE AREN'T THE STANDARDS I'VE SET FOR MY COMPANY AND I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT HAPPENED.
My Fiancé and I used this service. We agreed on one price, but ended up paying more. We didn’t use them to unpack our belongings. However we discovered some broken dishes and furniture. We are also missing some items. Won’t make that mistake again.

This was my first time hiring movers. It obviously made the whole process of moving so much easier. But I’m so thankful I specifically found Jessie at Goldmouth. He’s super responsive, honest, and fair. The guys showed up right on time and were incredibly fast while also carefully wrapping and loading all of our things. I was legitimately impressed. Best of all, it’s a completely fair rate, the name is no lie.
Mr. Lauber, I am so happy and grateful that you enjoyed and were impressed with the experience Sir.
I used these guys to put my stuff in storage until my new place is ready cause the other company I normally used didn’t have any slots available. Jessie and his crew came in and wrapped everything so nothing would get scratched. They were very efficient. Very courteous. And very careful. I’ve moved several times and used the big expensive moving company and they were not nearly as good as Jessie. And his crew had me moved in HALF the time it took the previous movers. They packed my storage unit great.

I used this company at the last minute when my family got sick with the flu and my cousin bailed on me to help me move. I literally only gave them barely 24 hours notice on New Year's Eve and they did not diss appoint. I was shocked I could find someone on the holiday and AFFORDABLE too! My aunt had recommended I use professional movers and boy am I glad I did! This man and his workers moved me swiftly and I thoroughly enjoyed them as they moved. They were so darn pleasant and professional!

This is the second time we have used this company and it truly is the BEST moving company i have ever experienced! Jessie and his guys are always on time and they move fast! When he tells you how long a job will take, they are usually done before that time! He is more than fair and the job they do is worth more than the asking price.I have never seen movers be so protective of your furniture to make sure nothing gets damaged like these guys!
I'm sitting here (in the bed) at 6:30 a.m. smiling ear to ear. I've been having it pretty rough for awhile due to not having my trucks for months, but this lifted my spirits and brought tears of joy to my day.
